Termination of Care

Mark the Spot Massage Therapy reserves the right to terminate care with any patient in the event of inappropriate language or actions. In the event of termination, no future appointments will be accepted. You will receive notice by mail or email and all outstanding bills will become due at the time of termination. A copy of the termination will be filed in your health record.
